Who you are buying from

Youboo is run by Youboo (business address available on request). Email: hello@youboo.ie. These terms apply to orders placed by consumers on youboo.ie for delivery in Ireland and the European Union.

Your order

When you pay, you receive a receipt by email. Our contract starts when we confirm your order. If a piece has sold out in the meantime, we will tell you straight away and refund it in full. Colours can look slightly different on screen.

Some product images and films are AI-generated from the supplier's own photos and are marked "AI". The garment you receive is the one shown in the supplier's photos and described on the page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and are the full price of the item; there are no extra charges at checkout apart from delivery, which is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other methods shown at checkout).

Delivery

We deliver to Ireland and the EU. Most pieces ship from our European warehouse and arrive in 3–8 working days; pieces marked Value ship from our partner warehouse and take 7–12 working days. Delivery is free on orders over €60.00, otherwise €4.95. An order with pieces from both warehouses may arrive in more than one parcel. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you may cancel it for a full refund.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods. To cancel, email hello@youboo.ie with your name, order details and the items you are returning. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to the returns address we give you by email. You pay the cost of sending them back. Items should be unworn, with their labels, so they can be resold; we may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than needed to try it on.

We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the payment method you used. We may wait until we have the items back, or proof that you have sent them.

For hygiene reasons, briefs, bodies and swimwear bottoms can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.

Faulty or wrong items

Everything we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, email us with a photo. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund; after that you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Irish consumer law. We pay the return postage for faulty or wrong items. These rights are in addition to your right to cancel.

Complaints and law

If something goes wrong, email us first and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by Irish law. You can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep all the protections of your own country's consumer law.
